Her work has focused on helping students with diverse learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs while building strong partnerships between schools and families.
Amanda has extensive experience guiding families through educational planning, intervention supports, behavior challenges, school collaboration, and special education processes.
She is known for combining practical knowledge, compassionate support, and a collaborative approach to help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. In addition to her campus leadership experience, Amanda has presented at professional conferences, served on district leadership and inclusion committees, and worked alongside educators and parents to strengthen student support systems across school communities.
Andrea is passionate about helping families. She believes that families and parents can feel sidelined during academic and behavioral interventions. Her goal is to empower families with practical, approachable strategies that parents and siblings can use at home and in their everyday lives—not only when a child is in school or therapy. After all, when a child is struggling, the impact is often felt by the whole family.
